Annual leadership forum 2025, Jakarta, Dec 1-2 –

Creating Jobs for an Advanced Indonesia

The Rapat Pimpinan Nasional (Rapimnas) 2025 of Kadin Indonesia, the country’s highest annual leadership forum, is taking place on December 1–2, 2025, at The Park Hyatt Hotel, Jakarta.

Organised by Kadin (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) this landmark gathering brings together more than 3000 business leaders, provincial and sectoral chamber representatives, government officials, and international partners.

The central theme is Creating Quality Jobs for an Advanced Indonesia, with the explicit goal of producing a sector-by-sector national job-creation roadmap to support the government’s target of 8% economic growth.

Kadin Indonesia, established in 1968 (with roots dating back to 1945), is the nation’s apex private-sector organisation.

It represents over 100,000 companies, contributes more than USD 600 billion annually to the economy.

It operates through 34 provincial chambers and hundreds of industry associations.

Its core mission is to advocate for a competitive business climate, strengthen public-private partnerships, and drive sustainable development.

We, CINTASIA, proudly participated as a registered and active member of Kadin Indonesia.

CINTASIA Co-founder Sandyani Sulistyaningtyas attended in her official capacity as Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on Digital Education, Training, and Certification.

The program features plenary sessions, sectoral working groups, and a high-level dialogue with the government.

Ministerial participants include Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and Interior Minister Tito Karnavian, among others.

Speakers celebrated the Prabowo administration’s first-year achievements:

– concluding free-trade negotiations with the European Union and Canada

– launching bold domestic stimulus measures.

– securing BRICS membership

– advancing OECD accession

Particular praise was given to the recent USD 12 billion injection by Finance Minister Purbaya, a move wrongly criticised by some Western outlets, yet widely regarded domestically as an innovative policy breakthrough.

Rapimnas 2025 sends a powerful signal: Indonesia’s economy is not only large but decisively booming.

For the Indonesian people and for foreign investors alike, the message is clear: a bright, prosperous, and opportunity-rich future lies ahead.
