We, Cintasia, hereby formally notify the public that certain third-party entities are unlawfully using our company name, the personal names of our representatives, and/or photographs of our staff (including official identification images) on their websites without our consent or authorisation.

This unauthorised use constitutes a serious violation of our statutory and common-law rights, in particular:

– the right of publicity (misappropriation of name, image, and likeness for commercial purposes);
– the prohibition against false or misleading endorsement or affiliation;
– in certain cases, infringement of personality rights and privacy protections under applicable national and international laws.

Despite repeated written demands sent by our company, the operators of these websites have refused to remove the unauthorised content.

Their continued use of our identity is deliberate, persistent, and intended to create a false impression of partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with Cintasia in order to enhance their own commercial credibility.

For absolute clarity:

The only entities authorised to display the name “Cintasia”, the names of our personnel, or any photographs originating from our organisation are those expressly listed in the “References – Clients & Partners” section of our official website (www.cintasia.com).

Any other use, by any other company, organisation, or individual, is unauthorised, illegal, and will be pursued through all available legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and statutory penalties where applicable.

We urge you to exercise vigilance and to immediately report any suspected unauthorised use of our identity to bonjour@cintasia.com. Thank you.
