Meet Sandyani T.S. and Ilann Amram, founding members of Executive Search Asian Partners (ESAP) and Founders of CINTASIA, based in Indonesia. Together, they embody the spirit of bicultural leadership and collaboration that drives ESAP’s mission across Asia.
With over 25 years of international experience, Ilann has built a career at the intersection of technology, industry, sales and business strategy, leading cross-cultural operations between France and Asia. Sandyani, a biomedical engineering graduate, brings more than 20 years of experience in medical equipment, procurement, and entrepreneurship, adding a strong local knowledge to their shared vision.
In 2022, they founded CINTASIA to guide industrial and technology companies enter the Indonesian market and enhance their sales and performance. Working in several asian languages and cultures, Sandyani and Ilann exemplify the global mindset and partnership values that define ESAP.
